I understand that sometimes life happens and changes are unavoidable. However, to ensure fairness to all of my clients and myself I have put the following policies in place:

Cancellations, Reschedules and No Shows.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up for the treatment you will lose your deposit.

You can only reschedule your appointment on one occasion, including those on treatment packages.
